Wonderful Stay with Fantastic Amenities

The bed was indeed super comfortable. The hotel faces the esplanade so the central location is great. The pool area features a beach vibe style. I also enjoyed the free bike rentals. It's a cool service to explore the surrounding area.

The air conditioning made a squealing, high-pitched noise, so enjoying a shower for long was difficult.

the location was pretty good, a short walk to the esplanade.

i was disappointed with the room service, it was slow and the food wasn't great. i ordered a burger and it arrived cold and the fries were soggy. i expected better quality for the price.

i found the pool area very relaxing. it included both a sandy section and a regular pool. the hotel offered yoga mats in the rooms, a nice touch for morning stretches. the location was good with many restaurants nearby.

the check-in process wasn't great. the staff didn't explain anything clearly (it felt impersonal). there was also a security deposit i wasn't fully informed about.

The blue tower had a quiet room. The room decor was modern. The bathroom design accommodates people with disabilities. I found the staff excellent.

I noticed several people leaving towels to reserve loungers at the pool. This made finding a spot difficult.

The room lacked proper soundproofing. Noise from the street below was quite audible late into the night , and it disrupted sleep. Also , the minibar was not restocked daily. There were no complimentary snacks , and the selection of drinks was limited.
